China Fish All-in-One Platform 1.GENERAL TERMS The China Fish All-in-One Platform (www.chinafishshow.org, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides Services for its users, including but not limited to international buyers and suppliers ("Users"). This service is provided by Beijing Admire Exhibition Co., Ltd. By accessing this Platform and/or utilizing any Service provided on this Platform, or by directly or indirectly using the content of any Service of this platform, Users accept the following terms. 2.USER CONDUCT 2.1 Each User hereby represents, warrants, and agrees that their use of the Service and the Platform shall not: a) Contain information that is defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, harassing, or tortious. b) Contain information that is vulgar, obscene, or contains or infers any pornography or sex-related merchandising, or any other content that promotes sexually explicit materials or is otherwise objectionable. c) Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. d) Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent oneself or one's affiliation with any person or entity, or disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service. e) Infringe or otherwise abet or encourage the infringement or violation of any third party's copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secret, reputation, or other proprietary right or rights of publicity and privacy, or other legitimate rights. f) Upload or post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or any other form of solicitation. g) Upload or post any Content that contains computer viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment. h) Be part of a scheme to defraud other Members or other users of the Sites or for any other unlawful purpose. i) Upload or post any Content that contains a complaint regarding China Fish Platform’s services or refers to such a complaint on the Site or to any other Users; any such complaint must be directed to the customer service email on the Site. j) Infringe the legitimate rights of China Fish Platform. k) Otherwise violate any applicable China or international laws or regulations. 2.2 Account Registration and Use 2.2.1 User Qualifications 2.2.1.1 Users warrant that they possess the legal rights and civil capabilities as required by the Laws of the People's Republic of China when completing registration or using the Service. If Users lack the aforementioned capabilities, Users and their legal guardians shall be held legally liable or accountable for the consequences, and China Fish reserves the right to terminate the service and their accounts. If Users register with China Fish as a business entity, they affirm and warrant that they have the authority to bind this entity to this Agreement. 2.2.1.2 Users warrant that they are not designated individuals under the laws, regulations, or sanctions of any countries, international organizations, or regional trade bodies. Otherwise, Users are ineligible to register or use the Services, and their accounts will be deleted. Additionally, Users warrant that they are not subject to any prohibitions or sanctions imposed by any country, organization, or region, or restricted by other laws or regulations. Failure to comply will result in the inability to register and use our Service, and their accounts will be terminated. 2.2.2 Account Registration 2.2.2.1 By completing the registration process, providing the required information as indicated on the activation web page, and completing all activation procedures, or when using Services in a manner permitted by the Platform, Users indicate their acknowledgment and agreement to the Terms and consent to be bound by this agreement. Users can log in to the China Fish Platform using their email addresses, mobile phone numbers, Account IDs, and passwords submitted to the China Fish Platform, or other login methods permitted by the China Fish Platform. 2.2.2.2 Users hereby represent, warrant, and agree to provide accurate identity information. China Fish Platform will verify this information via mobile phone. If the information is found to be inaccurate and/or incomplete, Users will not be able to use the Services, or may only partially use the Service, and Users shall bear sole responsibility for the consequences. 2.2.2.3 The Service will include the following core features (which may be added to, modified, or temporarily suspended for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance purposes, at the sole discretion of China Fish and notified to you): Each company may register one primary account, with other accounts registered by company staff considered as sub-accounts. Users registering primary accounts can:
2.2.2.4 Users are required to set their IDs and passwords in accordance with the guidelines provided on the registration page and submit any other requested information. China Fish Platform will verify Users’ registration information; please refer to the registration page for details. For risk management purposes, China Fish Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether or not to provide Users with an ID or account. 2.2.2.5 Each User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User ID and Password, and for all use of and activities that occur under their User ID and Password, whether authorized or not. Each set of User ID and Password is unique to a single Account, and Users may not share, assign, or permit others to use their Account, User ID, or Password, even within their own business entity (where applicable). Users acknowledge that sharing their Account with others or allowing multiple users outside their business entity to access their Account ("multiple use") may cause irreparable harm to China Fish Platform. Users agree to indemnify China Fish Platform against any losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, resulting from such multiple use. Users undertake to promptly notify China Fish Platform of any unauthorized use of their Account, User ID, or Password, or any other security breach. Users agree that China Fish Platform shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the User's failure to comply with this paragraph. 2.2.2.6 Due to variations in user devices and usage patterns, China Fish Platform may employ different verification methods for Users. 2.2.2.7 For the security of User accounts, it is recommended that Users create IDs with 4-14 characters using a combination of letters and numbers, and passwords with 6-12 characters using a mix of numbers, letters, and symbols, with a medium or higher level of complexity. User IDs cannot be changed once created, but Users can change passwords at any time in the "My Account" section. 2.2.2.8 Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, public rules, social customs, China Fish Platform rules and agreements, and to not infringe upon any third party's lawful rights and interests while using China Fish Platform Services. Failure to comply may result in the deletion of the User's account, images, signatures, messages, reviews, etc., by China Fish Platform. 2.2.2.9 In order to maintain a positive business environment and provide better service to Users, China Fish Platform may require Users to provide relevant information or materials. Users are requested to comply with such requests. 2.2.3 Account Transfer Due to the potential inclusion of sensitive information, User accounts can only be transferred in accordance with relevant laws, arbitration decisions, or agreements approved by China Fish Platform, and must adhere to the Platform's transfer rules. Once an account is transferred, all rights and obligations are transferred with it. Accounts cannot be transferred in any other manner, and failure to comply may result in User accountability for breaches and associated consequences. 2.2.4 Registration Information 2.2.4.1 Each User warrants and agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information about themselves and their business references as required by China Fish Platform. Users also agree to promptly update this information as necessary. By providing such information, Users grant China Fish Platform an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to display and use the provided information for the purposes outlined in these Terms, and to exercise any relevant copyright, publicity, and database rights. Information protected under data protection laws will be used and retained in accordance with those laws. 2.2.4.2 User accounts must not violate national laws or Platform terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in account withdrawal and action in accordance with Platform rules. 2.2.5 Account Security 2.2.5.1 Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and should take appropriate measures to safeguard them. China Fish Platform will not request Users to provide their account credentials. Users are advised to log out of their accounts properly. China Fish Platform shall not be liable for any losses resulting from User account leaks caused by Users themselves, or from attacks or fraud by third parties. Users should seek compensation from infringers through legal means. 2.2.5.2 Except in cases where fault lies with China Fish Platform, Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account, including but not limited to online agreements, posts, inquiries and offers, purchasing products, booking services, and sharing information. 2.2.5.3 In the event of suspected account theft, loss, or fraud, Users should promptly notify China Fish Platform or request the suspension or termination of their account usage to protect their legal rights and interests. Users acknowledge that China Fish Platform may require a reasonable amount of time to address such requests, and actions taken by China Fish Platform at the User's request may not necessarily prevent or mitigate the consequences unless explicitly required by law or due to gross negligence. China Fish Platform shall not be held liable for such occurrences. 2.2.5.4 To ensure trade safety, Users should verify the identity of the other trading party before engaging in any transactions. 3.Services and Regulations Users are entitled to use the services provided on this Platform. Additionally, the Platform may introduce new services over time; Users are encouraged to periodically visit the site to explore these services, which may benefit their business. 3.1 Account Management 3.2 Cart Rules 3.2.1 The China Fish Cart on this site serves as a tool for the convenience of purchasing for all buyers. Users can review their cart for changes, information, prices, etc., regarding the products they have collected on the platform. 3.2.2 Only registered buyers have the privilege to access and review their carts after logging in. 3.2.3 Users acknowledge that all information or content in the cart on this site is provided by its suppliers, and said suppliers are solely responsible for the content. 3.2.4 Users understand that China Fish Platform reserves the right (though not the obligation) to move, modify, or remove any product posted in the cart. China Fish Platform shall not be liable for any losses or consequences resulting from such actions, especially if there are products in the cart at the time. 3.2.5 Users can access their carts by clicking on the cart image on the page. 3.2.6 Users can delete products from their carts by clicking "Delete." 3.2.7 Each cart has a maximum capacity of collecting up to 60 products. 3.3 Chat Rules 3.4 Rules for Inquiry, Purchase, and Product/Service Reviews 3.4.1 When making inquiries or purchases of products and/or services, Users should carefully review product names, prices, quantities, types, specifications, sizes, available service times, contents, restrictions, etc. 3.4.2 Users acknowledge and agree that China Fish Platform is a business purchasing platform, not a consumer market. Therefore, inquiries and purchases should be genuine and not intended to disrupt normal trade order or engage in malicious activities. For the safety and integrity of China Fish Platform, such trades may be terminated. 3.4.3 Buyers have the right to provide reviews for trades, products, and services with suppliers. Users must adhere to the related rules of China Fish Platform. Reviews should be objective and genuine, avoiding vulgar or obscene language, advertisements, or information restricted by laws, regulations, or the Terms of Use. Users shall not engage in actions to artificially improve others' credit or threaten other Users through this service. China Fish Platform may delete reviews of this nature in accordance with its rules. 3.4.4 Products and/or services inquired about or purchased by Users on this Platform are intended for exportation. Users promise to comply with all laws and regulations regarding import and export policies, trade restrictions, and economic sanctions. China Fish Platform reserves the right to terminate Services, close related trade orders, and suspend or terminate accounts in the event of breach of this promise. 3.5 Collection Rules 3.5.1 Users are permitted to collect products or suppliers on this Platform. 3.5.2 Click the heart icon on the product image to collect the product or click “Follow” to follow the supplier. 3.5.3 Each product and supplier can be collected or followed once. 3.5.4 Users can review their collections in “My Account.” 3.5.5 Users can visit the supplier’s store page by clicking the supplier’s name in the collection list. 3.5.6 Each User can collect or follow up to 60 suppliers or products. 3.6 User Complaints and Rights Protection In the event of disputes while using the Platform, China Fish Platform advises Users to protect their rights by following these guidelines: 3.6.1 Intellectual Property Rights Complaints Intellectual property (IP) includes intangible creations of the human intellect, such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. China Fish Platform respects Users' intellectual property rights. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a complaint to China Fish Platform, providing the following information for the notice to be effective: 1) Claim to China Fish Please include ALL of the following information in your Notice for it to be effective: a) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including Patent Certificate, Patent Statement, Patentee Identification, Patent State Certificate; trademark owners should provide trademark registration proof documents, along with a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed, etc. b) Basic information of the infringer; c) Reasons and evidence of the infringement; d) If represented by an agent, please provide authorization. e) Any other relevant evidence. Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be directed to China Fish Intellectual property rights: By email: service@chinafish.cn Tel: +86 10 58203101/02/03 2) Visit www.sipo.gov.cn or call +86 10 62356655 for the China National Intellectual Property Administration. 3.6.2 Harassment from Other Users of this Platform Users experiencing repeated harassment via phone calls, emails, messages, or other means from other Users of this Platform after repeated refusals can report such users to China Fish Platform. China Fish Platform will counsel and warn the offending Users, or may terminate their accounts or access to services. Meanwhile, Users should safeguard their personal information to prevent harassment. 3.6.3 Trade Disputes 3.6.3.1 Through the Sites, China Fish Platform provides an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information and concluding sale and purchase transactions of products and services online between buyers and suppliers. China Fish Platform reserves the right to limit certain features and functions of the platform to prescribed Users. Despite the provision of the platform through the Sites, China Fish Platform does not represent the seller or the buyer in specific transactions, whether or not such transactions are made on or via the Platform. China Fish Platform does not control and is not liable for the quality, safety, lawfulness, or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Platform, or the ability of suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase. 3.6.3.2 In the event of a dispute with any party to a transaction or if a User believes they have been defrauded by another User on this platform, such User has the right to resolve the dispute through any of the following means: 1) Negotiate with the other party to the dispute; 2) Submit the dispute to China Fish Platform; 3) Submit the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority; 4) Submit the dispute to an arbitration institution according to the arbitration agreement between the parties; 5) Submit the dispute to the People's Court of the People's Republic of China. 3.6.3.3 By choosing China Fish Platform to resolve the dispute, the User agrees and consents to the decision made by China Fish Platform as an independent third party. Before the decision is made by China Fish Platform, the User may choose other means to resolve the dispute from the above methods. If the User is dissatisfied with the decision before the final judgment, the User should comply with the decision. 3.6.4 False Information Users find false information on this platform (including but not limited to personal information, information of company, certificates, photos, videos, chat messages, signature, etc.), please keep the evidence, and submit it to China Fish Platform, who will check and investigate the truth, once these information is proved to be false, we will ask the false information provider to change, withdraw, or delete it, those who refuse to change, withdraw and delete the false information will be terminated to use the Services of the Platform. User who suffers losses due to such kind of information, should seek solutions in the following ways:
Tel:+86 10 58203101/02/03 Email:exhibition@chinafish.cn (For Chinese); service@chinafish.cn (For English) Wechat: CHINAFISH1991(For English) 4.CHINA FISH PLATFORM RIGHTS 4.1 On being made aware of any such breaches, China Fish Platform reserves the right to, but shall have no obligation to ban, delete or prohibit any Content that relates to those breaches or that China Fish Platform in its sole discretion consider to be harmful to the public or the rights of China Fish Platform or any of its affiliates, licensors, partners or Users without prior notice. 4.2 China Fish Platform may but shall not be obliged to monitor activities of the Users who are in breach of the terms and China Fish Platform may restrict their ability to use part or all Services, or terminate their access to China Fish Platform, without prior notice and shall have no liability to it. 4.3 China Fish Platform reserves the right to take whatever action it seems necessary to prevent User's breach with the terms and conditions. All incidents will be logged, and China Fish Platform's decision shall be final in all such cases. 4.4 China Fish Platform reserves the right to change, upgrade, modify, limit or suspend the Services or any of its related functionalities or applications at any time temporarily or permanently without prior notice. Users should check the page of the terms regularly. China Fish Platform further reserves the right but shall not be obliged to introduce new features, functionalities, applications or conditions to the Services or to future versions of the Services. All new features, functionalities, applications, conditions, modifications, upgrades and alterations shall be governed by the Terms, unless otherwise stated by China Fish Platform. 4.5 If China Fish Platform cannot contact User by his or her last contact information, or such User doesn’t provide information according to the request of Platform in time, or the information provided by such User is not true or is checked as ineffective by the executive judicial branch, such User shall be responsible for all the losses and results to such User, others, and the Platform. China Fish Platform has the right to send inquiries and notice reminding such User to change and re-verify the account, suspend or terminate the use of part or all Platform services of such User. To the extent of applicable law, China Fish Platform will not be liable for all the above actions. 4.6 Other rights granted by relevant laws of People’s Republic of China. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 5.1 All information and/or other content posted on the China Fish Platform is provided for informational purposes only. Users accessing such information agree to the aforementioned terms. Viewers, not China Fish Platform, are solely responsible for their opinions or comments on the information, materials, and pictures uploaded or posted on the Platform. Each User hereby agrees that China Fish Platform shall not be liable for the use of the information and services on this Platform. Users acknowledge that all data, text, photographs, messages, or other content are the sole responsibility of the Users from whom the content originated. 5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, China Fish Platform expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All such warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings, and terms are hereby excluded. 5.3 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CHINA FISH PLATFORM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE VALIDITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, STABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENTNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITES. USERS AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT ALTHOUGH CHINA FISH PLATFORM HAS ADVISED USERS OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY LOSSES ARISING, CHINA FISH PLATFORM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR SIMILAR LOSSES OR DAMAGES. 5.4 Users acknowledge that China Fish Platform only provides services under this agreement, and all data, text, photographs, messages, or other content are the sole responsibility of the Users from whom the content originated and may have risks and faults. China Fish Platform may, but shall not be obliged to, monitor the information transmitted or stored or investigate unlawful actions. The obligation to remove and intercept such information under general law remains unaffected, but this obligation will be effective only upon notification of any such infringement. Meanwhile, due to the abundance of information and the independence of the information and physical objects, China Fish Platform is unable to control all the information regarding products and/or services and therefore does not guarantee the quality, safety, legitimacy, integrity, or accuracy of the products and/or services related to the trade on this Site. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through access to or use of the Sites or Service is done at each User's sole discretion, and Users related have the obligation to seek independent professional advice in such situations. Users agree to immediately notify China Fish Platform of any harmful information and conduct of which they become aware. China Fish Platform will delete such content to stop harmful conduct. Users agree to evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on its accuracy or completeness. 5.5 Third-Party Links 5.5.1 There may be links from the Sites or communications Users receive from the Sites to third-party websites, or China Fish Sites may include third-party content that we do not control, maintain, or endorse. Accessing those third-party sites requires Users to leave the China Fish Platform. We do not control those third-party sites or any of the content contained therein, and Users expressly acknowledge and agree that China Fish Platform is in no way responsible or liable or makes express warranties for any of those third-party sites, including, without limitation, their content, policies, failures, promotions, products, services, actions, and/or any damages, losses, failures, or problems caused by, related to, or arising from those third parties or their sites. The owners or operators of the third-party links are and will be solely responsible for the content of the third-party sites. Users agree that their access to third-party sites is at their own risk and are responsible for taking all measures to prevent computer viruses or other damaging factors. China Fish Platform is unable to control the legitimacy of the third-party sites, but China Fish Platform will remove the links that are illegal once notified. Additionally, China Fish Platform should not be responsible for the authenticity and validity of third-party sites. 5.5.2 China Fish Platform does not imply that it endorses, sponsors, involves, or has the right to use any trademarks, brand names, identifications, or copyright marks shown or accessed through the links, nor do these links imply that any such links are authorized to use any trademarks, brand names, identifications, or copyright symbols of China Fish Platform or any of its affiliates or branches. 5.5.3 The inclusion of links to external sites or pages of third parties on the China Fish Platform Sites does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or promotion of any products or services offered by such third parties or on their sites. China Fish Platform neither guarantees nor endorses any cooperation with third parties or their sites, unless expressly stated otherwise. 5.5.4 Users’ interactions with the owners, operators, or providers of links on China Fish Platform are strictly between the Users and those entities. Users acknowledge and agree that China Fish Platform is not a party to such relationships, unless expressly stated otherwise. 5.5.5 Any software available for download on third-party sites linked to China Fish Platform is provided solely for Users' convenience. China Fish Platform disclaims any responsibility for issues or consequences arising from such downloads. Additionally, Users' use of downloaded software may be subject to licensing terms, and failure to comply may result in infringement of intellectual property rights, for which China Fish Platform bears no responsibility. 5.6 Users' Personal Information 5.6.1 China Fish Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to Users providing false, fraudulent, deceptive, inaccurate, or misleading personal information, without liability, and Users are solely responsible for resulting losses. 5.6.3 China Fish Platform shall not be held liable for personal information breaches caused by events beyond its control, such as hacker attacks or government-mandated closures. 5.6.4 China Fish Platform disclaims any liability for personal information breaches or disputes arising from sites linked to its platform. 5.6.5 China Fish Platform reserves the right to fully cooperate with governmental and regulatory authorities, as well as law enforcement bodies, in investigating any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing. In accordance with applicable laws and policies, China Fish Platform may disclose user personal information if requested by a government or law enforcement body. China Fish Platform shall not be held liable for any damages or consequences arising from such disclosure, and users agree not to take any action or make claims against China Fish Platform for such disclosures. 5.7 Users agree that China Fish Platform bears no responsibility for users' violations of related laws due to breaches of these terms. 5.8 China Fish Platform is not obligated to engage in user transactions or legal disputes. 5.9 Information posted on the site is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal or business advice. Users are encouraged to seek professional advice. 5.10 Users indemnify China Fish Platform against any third-party claims arising from content uploaded or actions on the site. 5.11 Disputes are judged by China Fish Platform based on user-submitted evidence, and China Fish Platform does not guarantee user satisfaction with determinations. 5.12 China Fish Platform's working hours are 9:00-16:30 (Beijing time) Monday to Friday, but emergencies may affect availability, for which China Fish Platform is not liable. 5.13 Each User hereby acknowledges that under no circumstances shall the operator of China Fish Platform (Beijing Admire Exhibition Co., Ltd.), its affiliates, partners, agents, or employees be held liable for any inability to access the Service (whether due to disruptions, changes, or termination of the Service or otherwise), any delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in communications, transmissions, or transactions, or any resulting losses or damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or otherwise) arising from China Fish Platform, or the use of or inability to use the Service, either wholly or partially, or the use of China Fish Platform, its linked websites, and any information posted on them. China Fish Platform disclaims all legal responsibilities, economic losses, and compensations, including but not limited to (i) lost revenues, (ii) lost profits, (iii) lost business opportunities, (iv) lost contracts and partnerships, (v) loss of data, (vi) loss of goodwill, (vii) waste of administrative and working time, and (viii) any other damages or losses, whether caused by infringement (negligence), breaches, or other reasons, even if foreseeable. Furthermore, unless China Fish Platform intentionally conceals damages or losses, it does not undertake to issue communications regarding such damages or losses. 5.14 The information and services provided on China Fish Platform are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would contravene law or regulation, or subject China Fish Platform or its third-party agents to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Users accessing the sites from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with China and local laws concerning online conduct and acceptable content, where applicable. China Fish Platform reserves the right to restrict the availability of the sites and/or the provision of any content, program, product, service, or other feature described or available thereon to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and at its sole discretion. Additionally, China Fish Platform may limit the quantities of any such content, program, product, service, or other feature that it provides. 5.15 Any matter not addressed in these terms should defer to the regulations and laws of the People's Republic of China, which take precedence in the event of any conflict. 6 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 6.1 Users have the ability to upload pictures, texts, audios, and videos on their own. China Fish Platform is unable to verify the intellectual property rights of the uploaded content. Users agree to promptly notify China Fish Platform of any infringement they become aware of. China Fish Platform will promptly remove such content upon confirmation of infringement. China Fish Platform shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by users as a result of terminating access to the platform and deleting content. 6.2 China Fish Platform is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all rights to the service and any products with intellectual property rights used within the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any text, pictures, audios, videos, etc., which shall remain the sole property of China Fish Platform. 7 FORCE MAJEURE China Fish Platform fulfills its obligations under legal regulations. Under no circumstances shall China Fish Platform be held liable for breaches, legal responsibilities, or economic compensation due to any delay, failure, disruption, or change in the service caused by force majeure or other third parties, including but not limited to: 8 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES 8.1 Users agree that these terms are governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In cases where specific laws are not mentioned, customary commercial and/or industrial practices shall apply. 8.2 This Terms of Use is provided in both Chinese and English versions. The English version is for convenience only, and the Chinese version shall prevail and govern in case of conflicts between the two versions. The Chinese version holds final legal validity. 8.3 In the event of a dispute arising between users and China Fish Platform regarding any of the above terms or the use of terms, if such dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of its occurrence, and unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law, the User and China Fish Platform agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chaoyang District People's Court, located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, where the China Fish Platform provider (Beijing Admire Exhibition Co., Ltd.) is situated.
